Shipping/Handling Policy:
Make sure to select your shipping preference when you check out.COD's must be money order or certified funds only and be confirmed before shipped. No personal checks. No COD's for first time customers (You must call to have COD activated on your account). Customer will be responsible for any charge incurred to us for C.O.D.s that are confirmed and refused. COD orders require a valid credit card for verification purposes and to cover shipping costs and restocking fees should a package be refused . COD is only available in the United States using UPS. Some International shipments require wire transfer of funds.Minimum order for International orders is $100.00 We ship from Spanish Fort Alabama, Zip Code 36527. We charge actual shipping cost with no handling or packaging fees. Shipping cost is based on weight and insurance which is determined after the order is filled as well as zip code shipped to. Our site site connects directly with UPS and USPS and will show actual shipping charges and insurance on packages up to 1 lb. before you check out. Packages over 1 lb will go up whatever extra the shipper charges. It will be updated on your online invoice after your order is weighed. If the price shows less on your priority mail package that is because we use a private insurer due to better coverage but your price on your invoice reflects actual cost from www.usps.com Thank You
Below are some Approximate UPS shipping costs, based on 1 pound box:
Ground: $5.80 - $12.50
3 Day Select: $8.70 - $ 16.50
2 Day Air:$11.40 - $19.44
Next Day Air:$28.50 - $39.50
Also UPS charges an additional $9.00 on C.O.D. packages.
Insurance on packages over 100 is an extra $1.50 plus, from UPS. You can go to www.UPS.com and get actual cost if needed.
Priority mail cost:
1 pound box and under $100 insurance and delivery confirmation is $7.75 Over $100 will add insurance per www.usps.com new rates. You can also check your rates at www.usps.com with shipping from zip code 36527.
Most International orders are sent EMS or International Priority through the post office starting at $20.00 and up. As of the new postal rate changes May 15th 2007 our site for international orders will only calculate insurance for International Priority. Express Mail Insurance is actually less so prices reflected for EMS may not be accurate. Our rates show only up to 1 pound. For accurate rates with insurance to your destination you can visit www.usps.com and use shipping from zip code 36527. We will not ship in any way that can not be tracked and insured.,
We now offer a flat rate small box option for International orders of $250 or less and they must fit in the small box. Price starts at $14.95 but will not show on the site. You can request this option in comments when you order.
UPS International rates usually start at $8.80 for Canada up to $150 or more depending on package size and destination.
International orders may be,and most likely are subject to duties or VAT. Please be aware that UPS charges brokerage fee's as do most carriers on top of duties you may incur. It is up to the customer to familiarize themselves with possible duties,fees and import requirements in their country. International orders have a minimum order of $100.00
Return Policy:
You can return merchandise within 10 days for a full refund less shipping unless it's a special order (See below).You must call or e-mail our office for a return authorization number.Merchandise must be in original packaging,new condition and with a copy of the invoice. Authorization must be obtained within 10 days from the date of receipt of merchandise. Returned merchandise will be accepted by us only if all conditions above are met. There is a 15% restocking fee on all merchandise returned not due to manufacturers defect, shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for any shipping charges of merchandise being returned to us.
Returns must be received within 20 days from receiving your authorization number. ABSOLUTELY No merchandise may be returned to us once sold to a third party. It is your responsibility to inspect all merchandise after receiving it. We are not responsible for merchandise that breaks after being sold to a third party. You are responsible for your customers. We are more than happy to replace defective items that you find in the time permitted above, prior to being sold to a third party. Although we do our best to check quality we understand sometimes things get past us. Please Help us keep prices down by following the policy. Returns not allowed on items in clearance category.
SPECIAL ORDERS: Special orders are of a specific piece or pieces of jewelry that we normally carry, but just not in the quantity that you desire. If you are ordering a specific amount, say 100 pieces or more for a special event and that event cancels or you just decide that it is not what you want after all, you have 2 days after placing the order to cancel. If the order is not cancelled in that time, you are obligated without refunds to take all merchandise special ordered.
SPECIAL MANUFACTURING: If there is an item that you would like manufactured and you send us the sample to have it made, there is a 50% non-refundable deposit required on all special orders manufactured.
