Shipping/Return Policy

We generally ship within 24 hours of receiving the order on business days. Shipping choices are shown when you check out. We use UPS and USPS for shipping. Please note that prices are based on a package of 1 lb or less. For packages weighing more the price will be adjusted accordingly. Any shipment going COD will require prior approval and only allowed within the United States. International orders start at the flat rate price of $25.25 If you have any questions please feel free to give us a call or send us an email. For UPS make sure you let us know if it is a residential address. Businesses conducted from home are still considered residential and not commercial.

Return Policy:

You can return merchandise within 10 days for a full refund less shipping unless it's a special order or brings you below the $50 minimum order (See below).You must call or e-mail our office for a return authorization number.Merchandise must be in original packaging,new condition and with a copy of the invoice. Authorization must be obtained within 10 days from the date of receipt of merchandise. Returned merchandise will be accepted by us only if all conditions above are met. If your returns take your order to below our $50.00 minimum order you can only return the merchandise for store credit. There is a 15% restocking fee on all merchandise returned not due to manufacturers defect, shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for any shipping charges of merchandise being returned to us. Send returns to the address on the top of your invoice.

Returns must be received within 20 days from receiving your authorization number. ABSOLUTELY No merchandise may be returned to us once sold to a third party. It is your responsibility to inspect all merchandise after receiving it. We are not responsible for merchandise that breaks after being sold to a third party. You are responsible for your customers. We are more than happy to replace defective items that you find in the time permitted above, prior to being sold to a third party. Although we do our best to check quality we understand sometimes things get past us. Please Help us keep prices down by following the policy. Returns not allowed on items in clearance category. No returns allowed if you do no have a valid resale tax number or business license. Returns can not bring your total below the $50 minimum. In that case exchange only.
